Video!

Ben cracks us up (I mean, scares us silly) with his Blankie Monster

I honestly have no idea what he's saying, but he regularly climbs up on the dog treat bin, pounds on the garbage can and rants about...well...something.

Ben is not a fan of us singing certain songs at certain times.

first.... that blanket is scary.

second.... even though I can't understand him, I'd take a class from him, the passion is there. That beats some of my college profs - some of which I couldn't understand either. Honors Cal 2 with a thick Chinese accent.... you would think 2 languages you don't understand might cancel each other out and create something pleasant? WRONG.

third... this made me laugh. I have a CD my mom gave me for Osby and it makes him happy but it makes me want to blow my brains out. I feel your pain little man!

I wouldn't be doing my job as Aunt Karen if I didn't say to Ben -- next time you're playing Blankie Monster in the kitchen and you notice the obvious cat neglect, do Bomber and me a favor and turn around, open that door, and give the poor animal a few pieces of kibble to tide him over until the next time I come over. Thanks, Bud!

PS. Andrew, I agree with Ben. Don't quit your day job. WOCKA WOCKA!

Kristin, I hope your Honors Cal 2 prof at least wore pants. Yes, that blankie IS scary--that's the blankie that requires strategy and timing on our parts to wash. It is well-loved. Karen, dammit, you know we feed the cat. He wouldn't be able to regularly puke all over the house if we didn't regularly feed him! Let's talk when Rubby's 15. ;-)

Ben, that is how I feel when I hear the song Monster Mash. Curse you, Halloween office party, curse you.
