Protein and vegetable/fruit. Seems well balanced.

The meal he just finished was equally weird, but at least heartier:

Maple oatmeal
Roast beef
Chips & guacamole
The chocolate chips off the end of a cannoli

Towards the end of the meal he was using the chips to scoop up the oatmeal. These were all foods he requested; not something we put together!
