Halloween Marathon Weekend
Halloween started at Ben's day care, with a party, a parade around the neighborhood, and then trick-or-treating at the retirement home next door. As you can see, Operation Elmo went down in flames. We gave it a shot, but probably would've gotten a visit from DCFS had we kept the costume on him.
Then we headed out to Rockford and Byron so AJ, John and Ben could trick-or-treat together in Byron. That was a great success all around, as John and AJ and friends showed Ben the ropes.
Once we got back to Luna's house, John had the brilliant idea of all the boys staying over at Grandma B's. So the party moved to Rockford, and just kept on going through Saturday. Waffles were made. And breakfast meats.
